Why we Export Animals to Canada

BearbirthdaywishtomomMany do not realize this, but our dogs ACTUALLY help save Canadian dogs too!  Let me explain how this works…

Our vetting costs down here are so much cheaper, an adoption of one of our dogs, can help pay the vetting/pull fee for a Canadian dog AND still cover our costs for that rescued dog, so we can go ahead and save another.  There are literally hundreds of thousands of dogs and cats here that are homeless.  There are not enough homes here that can properly care for them but THAT is why our mobile clinic is SO important!  We will work HARD to change that!  We may not be able to fix the economical problems many animal owners face here, but we sure can ensure they have access to affordable and free care, eliminating the need to dump animals on the street!  My goal is to be able to end the street animal population, and be able to rehome dogs locally!

Canada’s overall euthanization rate is UNDER 14%.  The percentage that are euthanized are either extremely sick and have suffered too much or have severe behavioural issues that they are too great a risk to even try to adopt out.  I have researched this extensively, so don’t let anyone try and convince you otherwise. Escorting one of our dogs does NOT hinder a Canadian dog from being saved.  It’s simply NOT true.
