  • Simòn's Story

Simòn was the first street dog to make friends with me in Cancun, February 2009. He slept on the street or the beach… living most of his life at a marina that took people across to an island called Isla Mujeres. I’d feed him and offer him to come inside. He would always bow down as if to say no thank you, and return to his place at the marina. Everyone got to know me as “Mama de Simon”. That was the beginning to a wonderful thing!

  • Community Outreach

Through ongoing outreach and treatment a welcome effect will be increasing childhood health. One such example is coccidia (a protozoa / parasitic disease) which goes untreated in many dogs and is known to cause blindness in children.

  • Contagious Diseases

Along with eradicating parasites we will be treating other contagious diseases like sarcoptic mange (scabies) and ringworm (a common fungal disease)

In The Works &

Current Projects

We are fundraising for a mobile unit so we can increase the services we provide. Since the day we began we have worked tirelessly to help as many animals and families as possible. We stretch every penny that is donated and call on volunteers to provide the majority of our services. It is through your support we can provide services.

The need for our services
are greater than ever before.

We see cross-species infections on the majority of unvetted animals we treat.
It is through ongoing veterinary treatment that pets and the community benefit.
